20 years beside the sea
A seaside retreat shaped over 20 years.
Established in 2006 on a private stretch of Mediterranean coastline, Majesticbirchhideaway was created for guests who judge value by the feeling a place leaves behind, not by what it displays. We began with six rooms, a kitchen and a modest bar. Today we offer 100 keys, three restaurants and two private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still serves dinner each evening.
From the casino salons to the spa terraces, every room and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their lives to hospitality. Our head sommelier has been with us for many years. For us, continuity is not a marketing phrase; it is the whole purpose.
We have earned a five-star rating from every guide that matters, but the recognition we value most is the one that cannot be framed: more than 65 percent of our reservations each year come from returning guests. That is the only figure we truly track.
A day arranged around you
Set your own rhythm: a still morning, an unhurried lunch, a later table, a fortunate night.
Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining decks face west, designed so that no two tables look directly at one another. Golden hour lasts roughly forty minutes here. For years we have shaped the menu, the music and the lighting around that brief window.
Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy sourced from the sea below, treatments drawn from a 90-page menu, and uninterrupted calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. It is easier to feel the result than to put it into words.
Private Pools
Two infinity pools, four heated plunge pools, sixteen cabanas and a private beach with chilled towel service throughout the day. Children under sixteen are welcome only in the family pool — the remaining spaces are intentionally quiet.
Culinary Delights
Three restaurants, one Michelin star and a kitchen garden whose harvest sets tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not compose seasonal dishes in advance — they let the season write itself onto the plate each morning, in pencil.
